Return And Refund

Wokaz Take care of their customers and with that, we come up with the return and refund policy. Check below some criteria for the return and refund.

1) Access the Order

When the customer confirms the order, order details are sent to the given email address of the wokaz.com and another confirmation email that follows the confirmation mail most probably received within 24 hours of the placing order.

If you did not complete any payment, issue generate like non-completion of the payments, an email of the customer addressing the same

2) Confirm the Shipping and Addresses

Our professional team works very quickly when the order place on that day is dispatched and shipped the order. Once shipping is confirmed at the back end side, email is sent to the customer at their email address with the tracking number. 

If you have any query regarding the product or parcel details, we give you a button “contact us” on mail. So you ask anything regarding shipment. 

The delivery process is made at the APO address as well as the PO Boxes as long as the option is open in the method of delivery offered by Wokaz. customers can set your delivery to the APO or PO address by setting the primary address to the same.

3) Delivery Time for The Products

The shipping process is done within 1-2  days after order is placed. The delivery time depends if the products are held by the customs department, it may take 18-21 days to reach you. Here, Courier service is also dependent on the delivery of the fast parcel. Don’t worry we’re here to help you. In case you did not receive an order in 7 days of placing an order you can contact us.

4) Reshipment of the Lost or Return Orders

Any of your order is lost in the time of reshipping or refunds time by the Wokaz. First, report it to the customer care within the 8  weeks from the day it shipped to the customers. Customer place order in an incorrect address, the order is charged for the return policy

5) Refund policy

If the order is damaged or not received at all. Refund or reshipped to you again. Mostly we made a call by the customers and can be refunded or reshipped as based on their choice. But Remember product is not used, and not opened.
